Construction plan for water leakage repair of glass roof

1： Project Overview:

The glass roof takes a long time to install and use, coupled with the wind and sun in winter and summer. 2、 Transformation plan:

5. Construction plan:

A. Use 1.2m × 2.4m, 18mm thick, several large core plates are laid flat on the glass roof, increase the contact surface between the glass and the large core plate, add the load-bearing effect of the glass roof, strengthen the load of the glass roof, make the construction personnel operate safely and ensure the quality of the construction project.

B. Clean the original glass adhesive that ages, bulges and shortens the deformation at the critical joint of the glass roof, and then write a new special insulation adhesive for acrylic glass curtain wall, which is required to be filled.

C. Then apply 903 UV resistant waterproof special glue twice to ensure that the glass butt joint is firmly bonded and durable.

3、 Construction safety:

1. It is necessary for construction operators to work with certificates.

2. Safety education shall be conducted before construction every day to check the physical health of each construction personnel. Only those who are qualified can go to work.

3. Before construction, prepare various labor protection articles, factory clothes, safety shoes, helmets, gloves, safety belts, (ropes).

4. Strictly abide by Party A's rules and regulations, prohibit fireworks, move within the construction area, and do not run around at will.

4、 Project quality and warranty:

1. Silicone structural power wall special sealant, 903 UV resistant waterproof special adhesive and other supporting materials: various technical indexes such as low temperature resistance, high temperature resistance, UV protection and adhesion degree need to conform to the national quality standards.
