When the composite fireproof glass meets fire, the middle adhesive layer will expand and foam quickly to form a dense and honeycomb thermal insulation layer to prevent the spread of flame and heat transfer. It can be widely used in public buildings and places with thermal insulation requirements for glass.

This kind of glass has the characteristics of light transmission, fire prevention, smoke separation and high strength. It is applicable to fireproof glass partition wall, fireproof window, outdoor curtain wall, etc. without thermal insulation requirements.

High strength monolithic fireproof glass is made by Comprehensively Strengthening flat glass. The product can not only be used as a single piece, but also be made into laminated glass, insulating glass, coated glass, etc. it has the functions of toughened glass and grouting composite fireproof glass.

Fireproof principle of composite fireproof glass:

It is often seen in China that 60 minute or 90 minute composite fireproof glass is directly installed on aluminum window or aluminum frame. The aluminum material has a low softening point at high temperature, i.e. softening at more than 600 degrees, while the glass temperature has reached 925 ℃ in 60 minutes and 718 ℃ in 15 minutes.
